Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, applications, and services provided by VineLeads Media LLC ("VineLeads", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using VineLeads, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to use VineLeads on behalf of your company or organization. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.

Use of the Service

VineLeads may be used only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and advertising platform policies. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public portions of the service, or use VineLeads to process unlawful or infringing content.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of data you submit or connect to VineLeads. You grant VineLeads the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, and transmit that data to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having all required rights, permissions, and notices for the data you provide.

Advertising Platform Integrations

VineLeads may connect with third-party advertising platforms, CRM systems, and reporting databases. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, and technical requirements. VineLeads is not responsible for third-party platform changes, outages, or policy decisions.

Connected advertising platform data may be used only for authorized business reporting, analytics, diagnostics, lead-quality review, workflow handoff, customer support, and security functions. VineLeads does not sell connected platform data or use it for unauthorized profiling.

Fees and Payment

Paid subscriptions, invoices, or order forms may include additional commercial terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or product information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to the service or business relationship.

Intellectual Property

VineLeads and its software, design, technology, content, and trademarks are owned by VineLeads or its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership rights in VineLeads intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific advertising outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VineLeads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

Termination

You may stop using VineLeads at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts owed.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of VineLeads after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
